2024-2025 Art in the Capitol Competition
The “Art in the Capitol” competition is a statewide visual arts competition that has each school district annually hold an art competition for all students grades 6 through 8 attending public schools, private schools and home education programs. The "Best of Show " awarded artwork will be submitted to the legislator in the student’s residential region and then transported to Tallahassee to hang in the Capitol Building. We were proud to exhibit this years exhibition at the Dillard Center for the Arts Gallery. Congratulations to "Best of Show"-Brielle Spease from Tequesta Trace Middle School; "1st Place"- Giuliana Griffith from Pembroke Pines Charter Middle School West; "Second Place"- Sofya Titova from Tequesta Trace Middle School; "3rd Place"- Zoe Garcia from Franklin Academy K-8.
